CONGRATULATIONS! You've taken your first Positive Footstep!
If you're feeling close to emotional burnout and believe you've given all you can to something - or someone - you might now be feeling unsure how to move forward in your life. Well, you've arrived at the right destination... Working with Positive Footsteps will allow you to find clarity and create the life you really want.
My training in recovery coaching, life coaching and my own experiential learning can assist your progress to a clearer, less stressful place in your life. By promoting greater awareness of the choices and actions available to you and by championing you to achieve your goals and dreams, you will begin to move forward, one step at a time. My style fuses Co-active Coaching®, recovery coaching and occasional mentoring, where appropriate. I've coached clients with a variety of backgrounds, helping them find the courage and decisiveness to change their lives dramatically for the better. I specialise in assisting those who find themselves giving too much time and energy to someone or something - to a relationship or to work - and have reached a point where they want to work on achieving a better work/life balance. |
If you've tried everything and it seems like your every thought is about your partner, friend or family member, perhaps it's time to take a few Positive Footsteps of your own. We work together to create a plan which allows you a sense of freedom and relief from the chains of worrying excessively with overwhelming feelings for another person. It could be that you're experiencing feelings of codependency; it could be that you've forgotten how to take care of your own needs.

Working too hard?
Is this a phrase that's become all too familiar? Achieving a balance between professional and personal life can prove extremely difficult for many, with work often taking priority to the detriment of home and family life. Do you find yourself cancelling social engagements in favour of work? Do you feel as if you're working harder but achieving less? Each of these issues might well be symptomatic of an imbalance between work and the rest of your life and you might want to consider taking a few Positive Footsteps towards creating harmony between your job and the many other parts of your life. In just one hour per week, you will have the time and space to consider alternative perspectives, focus and work on realising personal and professional goals and achieve a healthy balance between work and home life.
